  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging for a return or exchange.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment upon receiving the returned item.

  • We strive to provide accurate and detailed product descriptions, including images and specifications. However, please note that colors, sizes, and other product attributes may vary slightly due to monitor settings or manufacturing processes.

  • We thoroughly examine every item to determine its specifications and features. Some specifications, however, are challenging to examine or notice. In these situations, we republish the product specifications that the original manufacturer of the item published without any liability on our end.

  • For New & Like New items, which have no signs of wear and tear, its a common practice to provide stock images. For other items that have wear and tear signs, we will list actual images that show the exact condition of the item.
